The Savoy has a Perfect Location and many Perfect Conveniences. But what makes the Savoy, the Savoy, is the unique variety of Floor Plans and the spectacular common areas.
The entire building recently has been dramatically renovated, with beautiful areas to relax in, party in, exercise in, meet in, and outside areas to sun in, play in, or swim in.
It's Florida like you want it to be.

The first step, and the nerve center for much activity. Most of what happens begins here. Spacious and functional, it looks out to the main resident elevators and Atrium. This area is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year. The desk has monitors that view more than a dozen common areas.

Every building has something it would consider a "Wow" factor. For the Savoy, it is our Atrium. Soaring 19 floors with light boxes on each balcony, cascading a glow throughout the interior of this breathtaking area. This is what makes the Savoy unique. Three glass elevators climb and descend the tower that is crowned with a clear domed skylight.

On the ground floor, a large mosaic tile-backed fountain with pool is the focal point of the area. Palms and lush plantings are everywhere. This will, no doubt, be your first stop. You'll want to enjoy this stunning area.

The Atrium affords access to many Savoy facilities and amenities through the six electronically controlled doors.

This is Florida. This is where the sun really shines. And so does the Savoy Pool. If you are like everyone else, you intend to spend much time at the pool and the beach. The Savoy Pool and Spa are the largest on Park Shore Beach. The pool allows for laps or just treading water.

In season, there are more than 60 padded chaises available along with side tables, umbrellas, tables and chairs and a barbecue. And, the entire area has WiFi service.

Just a few steps to the west is The Gulf of Mexico.

This beautifully appointed room has tables and chairs, soft cushy sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a 60" High Definition TV, BlueRay Player, Surround Sound and endless possibilities. A great place to have a game of cards, a private party, watch a movie classic, or great sports event.

At the Savoy, every in-season Wednesday, in the early eve, is Midweek Mixer day in the Social Room. Owners and guests get together and share the events of the day.

The Social Room can be reserved for private functions.

It's a fact that every high-rise condominium has a gym for its members. But in most cases, that's what it is...a gym. Maybe there are a couple of treadmills and an exercise bicycle; and maybe even an elliptical trainer. Good, but not good enough for the Savoy.

That's why we refer to our facility as The Fitness Center. It contains 3 LifeFitness Commercial Treadmills, 2 LifeFitness Commercial Elliptical Trainers, a Recumbent Bicycle, a traditional Exercise Bicycle, Hip Abductor/Adductor Station, Leg Extension/Curl Station, Multi Gym with Leg Press, Pull-Down, Back Row, and Chest Press. There's a complete set of Free-Weights, Exercise Balls, Balance Equipment, Therabands, and more.

Also there are 3 flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi throughout. And, of course, complete locker room facilities with showers that have steam capability.

A great thing about Florida is that you can spend much more time out of doors. The Savoy offers a large area to make the most of that time. The Recreation deck is the perfect place to spend the early evening with friends, enjoying favorite refreshment and a nibble. Or, grill your best sirloin steak or tuna steak on one of the three grills on the deck.

There's a fully equipped kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and separate ice machine. There's seating for a small or large group, either under the fanned canopy, the Gazebo or at tables on the deck surrounded by potted palms.. The Recreation deck is the venue for parties of 100 organized by the Social Committee or for as small as you and a friend.

It's unusual to find tennis courts on most properties. The Savoy has two hard surface courts just adjacent to the recreation Deck. They're a perfect way to offset those extra calories. These courts can be reserved through the Savoy Front desk.

At the western end of the Pool Deck sits a large Shade area to take a break from the sun. Under the roof are chaises, tables with chairs, a sink, refrigerator, and two large prep counters. Sit and read, play some cards, enjoy your lunch, or take a nap. It's also a perfect place to be at sunset to watch what makes Naples famous.

Within steps is the beach access, and pool shower, ice machine, water bubbler, and barbecue grill.

While this is a place to get away from business and meetings, there may be a need to meet with some others around a long conference table. This room seats up to 10 around the table. The room may be reserved through the Savoy Office.

At the West end of the Atrium, on the Ground Floor, is The Cafe. While the area is small only containing three high tables with seating for 12, it's open to the Atrium dome and exposed to the West Glass Elevator. The entire Cafe is covered by Wi-Fi.

Get a spectacular view of the Pool, the beach and those memorable sunsets from the top of the Savoy. At the Penthouse Level sit the two Sun Decks. There are chairs, chaise lounges, tables, a bar and restroom. Above are views from the Sun Decks.

On par with fine hotel rooms, these two Suites are a perfect extra bedroom for overflow guests.

One is a King-bedded suite and the other a twin. Lavishly appointed with separate desk area, Large Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and posh bathrooms with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and large glass enclosed showers.

Either or both are available to owners and leasing guests by reservation at a nominal charge.

Shuffleboard Deck

Looking for a low exertion challenge. Play a little Shuffleboard on the Savoy court. It's just south of the Pool Deck. You use a tang and biscuit, but they're not edible. The tang is the stick and the biscuit is the disc, and they're available through the Front Desk.

The Mail Room

A large room with assigned mailboxes and large package boxes. There's a counter for sorting, and a bulletin Board for posting classifieds. Located just off the Lobby.

The Safety Deposit Box Room

Like at a bank, this room provides safety deposit boxes for each unit. Access requires owner and Savoy Security to access each box. The room is located just outside the Savoy Offices on the Ground Floor.

Cart Room

Returning from your other residence, Publix or from Costco, the Savoy provides shopping carts and valet carts for the use of owners and guests to transport luggage, groceries or that new TV. The Cart Room is located on the Ground Floor by the North Entrance.

Savoy Offices

Home to the Savoy Manager and Assistant Manager, Association business is handled here. The supervision of maintenance, cleaning, and office staff as well as implementation of Savoy documents and rules, and day-to day operations happens here.

Rear Security Station

The post at the service entrance through which all contractors doing work in the building must pass. This includes movers and deliveries. The station is staffed Monday-Friday 8AM- 5PM.
